Overview

The EPP5001-0002 EtherCAT P Box is an SSI master for the direct connection of an absolute encoder with SSI (synchronous serial interface). Single-turn and multi-turn encoders are supported. An 8-pin M12 socket is used as encoder connection. The encoder is supplied with 24 V directly via the M12 socket of the Box.
