Product Overview

The APS4322 XPlanar tile measures 240 mm x 240 mm, making it ideal for the one-way operation of the APM4550 mover (measuring 235 mm wide) or the two-way operation of the APM42xx movers (measuring 115 or 127 mm wide). A minimum space requirement for corresponding XPlanar systems is guaranteed. The APS4322 XPlanar tile can also increase throughput and flexibility. Products are accelerated dynamically at up to 10 m/s² and travel at speeds of up to 2 m/s. What’s more, positions can also be approached with repeat accuracy of up to 10 µm. Dynamic transport and precise positioning are compactly integrated into a single tile. The electrical supply is provided by a wide-range power supply unit (110…230 V feed, 200 W continuous power). This ensures operation without the requirement for additional transformers in various geographic regions. Data communication is daisy-chained through from tile to tile.
